Ciele Knox serves as the Medical Music Therapy Director at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH) as well as the Coordinator of the National Institute for Infant and Child Medical Music Therapy. Prior to serving as the department's director, Ciele served as TMH's first full time NICU music therapist for three years. During this time, she was responsible for developing a comprehensive NICU Music Therapy Program in collaboration with FSU's College of Medicine. As a result, Ciele came to realize that program development is one of her passions and it has become a topic that she presents on frequently. At TMH Ciele also serves as the mentor for the Patient Engagement Council through Shared Governance, in which she has the opportunity to impact the patient's experience on an organizational level. Lastly, Ciele enjoys the endless opportunity to engage and educate students and professionals that come through TMH's program for practicum, internship, or professional NICU training.

Ryan Johnson is a board-certified music therapist and internship director at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH). In his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, 2-year-old daughter, and dachshund; writing and recording music; teaching guitar lessons; gigging around town; and serving on the worship team at his church.
